Once your custom color formula has been created, you can purchase product at regular Edison Coatings prices, regardless of quantity. Pricing includes preparation of a product test kit, which can be applied in situ for mock-up evaluation. Samples for matching should be sent to the factory at 3 Northwest Drive, Plainville, CT 06062. Petrographic Analysis- Binder Identification (ASTM C 1324)
Special Instructions
Please select options...

Independent, expert analysis of existing mortars, stucco, concrete and other masonry materials in accordance with ASTM C 1324 is the only objective way to distinguish between binder components such as lime, natural cement, hydraulic lime, slag cement, portland cement, masonry cement and other traditional and historic binders. This limited analysis provides positive identification of these components in mortar, concrete or stucco samples from your site. In many cases, this provides sufficient information on which to base a replication mix recommendation. Analysis is performed by an independent, third party petrographic lab, and their report will be provided along with our replication mix recommendations.

This comprehensive analysis provides positive identification of these components in mortar, concrete or stucco samples from your site, as well as providing component proportions by weight and volume. This generally provides complete information on which to base a replication mix. Analysis is performed by an independent, third party petrographic lab, and their report will be provided along with our replication mix recommendations.
