Crack Repair

FLEXI-SEAL 510, 510-U Flexible/Elastomeric Epoxies Permanently flexible, elastomeric epoxies provide effective repair of small "working" cracks, control joints. Can be mixed with aggregates for impact and thermal shock resistant patches, joint nosings and toppings

FLEXI-WELD 520, 520T Epoxy Adhesives Low viscosity, injection/gravity-fill grade (520) and thixotropic paste grade (520T) adhesives provide hard, high strength bonding of cracks and broken concrete

Bonding Agents

AQUEPOXY 250 S-30 Waterborne Epoxy Sealer/Primer Low odor primer may be used on damp or "green" concrete

FLEXI-BOND 540 Epoxy Bonding Agent  Bonds new concrete to existing concrete while acting as between-slab waterproofing and substrate consolidant

Floor & Deck Primers

FLEXI-DECK 500-L Oil-Tolerant 100% Solids Primer Low viscosity, flexible, odorless primer, bonds to ceramic and vinyl tile, wood, smooth concrete, oil-contaminated concrete and metal, many previous epoxy coatings

Waterborne Coatings

AQUEPOXY 250 Waterborne Immersion-Grade Epoxy High-gloss, chemical and water-resistant waterborne epoxy coating for floors, walls, machinery surfaces. Suitable for continuous water immersion after cure, may be applied to damp or "green" concrete

AQUATHANE UA-210H Waterborne Aliphatic Urethanes USDA-accepted, self-crosslinking coating for light industrial floors, walls, machinery surfaces, interior or exterior Excellent UV and solvent resistance, fast dry, low odor

Epoxy Coatings

FLEXI-GARD 500-S Low Viscosity Epoxy Coatings 100% solids, odorless, USDA-accepted clear or colored floor coatings Also available in 90% solids (500S-90) and 60% solids (500S-60), for easy handling and low costWithstand a wide range of chemical exposures

Marine-FLEX 570 is a 100% solids, medium viscosity, moisture insensitive epoxy coating intended for heavy marine and wet industrial exposures. Marine-FLEX 570 CAN BE APPLIED UNDERWATER , as well as on wet, damp or dry concrete or steel surfaces of exposed to air.

Flexible Epoxy Membranes

FLEXI-DECK 500-E Modified Epoxy Flex-Coat Low viscosity, odorless, 100% solids, self-priming flexible epoxy coating. Used as elastomeric primer for rigid epoxies, as flexible hardcoat over 500-U membranes, or for mechanical room and industrial floor membranes

FLEXI-DECK 500-U, 500-ULT Urethane-Epoxies High elongation permits use as waterproof, crack bridging surface for floors and decks, interior or exterior. Low temperature, fast-curing grade 500-ULT. Permanent flexibility, even at sub-zero (F) temperatures

Maximum Chemical Resistance

FLEXI-GARD 5OO-N Novolac Epoxy Coatings 100% solids, odorless, clear or pigmented Novolac/Bis F Epoxy resists many concentrated acids, alkali and solvents. Provides higher temperature performance than standard epoxy coatingsMay be applied direct to substrate or primer, or over flexible base coat for use in secondary containment applications

FLEXI-GARD 500-N-FLX Flexibilized Novolac Epoxy 100% solids flexibilized Novolac/Bis F/Urethane coating improves crack-bridging performance of chemical resistant, reinforced FLEXI-GARD 500-N secondary containment systems

Epoxy-Based Patching

Odorless, moisture-insensitive, 100% solids epoxy overlays, patching mortars, concrete and bonding agents provide fast turnaround, non-shrink stability and higher strength and chemical resistance than cement-based mortars, where required.

FLEXI-MATRIX 545 Epoxy Polymer Concrete  Impermeable, high-strength, gravel-extended, high slump epoxy concrete for structural, chemical resistant, poured in place floors, walls, machinery bases and footings

FLEXI- TOP 550 Overlayment and Resurfacing Mortar Low viscosity epoxy with fine aggregate, for self-leveling tile-like patches and overlays

FLEXI-TOP 555 Repair Mortar Dense, high-strength, trowel-grade mortar for general purpose patching

Fast-Cure/Low Temperature

FLASHEPOXY 580-Series Acrylate-Epoxies 100% solids, low odor/toxicity, mercaptan-free formulation permits coating and patching down to -220F, for winter, refrigerator, freezer and fast-cure applications. Moisture tolerant, non-flammable, "0" VOC, non-shrink

Anti-Slip Flooring

FLEXI- QUARTZ 500-2 Wide variety of textures and colors are achieved by broadcasting select aggregates into FLEXI-GARD 500-S

FLEXI-DECK 500-E, 500-U Broadcast aggregates are routinely used to provide pedestrian and vehicular non-slip surfaces
